Pacific, WA – October 21, 2019 – As part of Freightliner Northwest’s (FNW) continuous improvement culture, improving the customer’s experience is at the center of what we do. After examining external and internal feedback and data, FNW has identified the need to better align the store hours and staff concentration to when customers need it most. For this reason, FNW Pacific, Wash. store hours are changing to 7am to Midnight on November 11th, 2019. This allows FNW to continue being open for more hours each day of the week than local competitors while offering the highest level of service to our customers when they need it most.
