FNW offers a bundled health plan package for all eligible employees; which includes Medical, Dental, Vision and Pharmacy Benefits.

The HSA is designed to work in conjunction with the high deductible health plan and is administered by Bank of America. An HSA is a savings account that the company and employee contribute to.
FNW offers eligible employees an employer-paid basic group term life policy equal to one times the employee’s annual salary. This benefit is provided at no cost to the employee.

Eligible Employees may also purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.

VOLUNTARY SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY
Short-term and/or Long-term Disability is available through a payroll deduction to eligible employees. This plan serves as an income supplement for those employees who cannot work due to a non-work related injury or illness for a certain period of time. Employees may choose coverage levels within the plan to best meet their needs and may voluntarily elect short-term, long-term disability or both if they wish. For our Hawaii based employees, our temporary disability falls in line with HI TDI state requirements.
