Formerly Pacific Truck Centers Detroit Diesel Distributorship,\u00a0WSNW\u00a0continues to\u00a0provide Detroit and Cummins powertrain products and the location is now a dealership\u00a0also able to sell, service and provide parts to support medium and heavy duty Western Star trucks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Local customers were invited to help celebrate the new dealership achievement as well as tour the facility and truck display. The event kicked off with a BBQ lunch and featured vendors including Alliance, Cummins, Detroit, WABCO, Fleetguard, Weller,\u00a0Allison, and Ridgid. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Western Star guest speakers included President, Kelley Platt, Vice President, Peter Arrigoni, and Vice President of Operations, Paul Erdy. Martin Osborne presented for Daimler and was followed by the Mayor of Ridgefield, Ron Onslow. All speakers were enthusiastic and supportive of the extended brand coverage in the Pacific Northwest\u00a0with the opening of the Ridgefield, WA WSNW dealership. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">Scott Gordon, President of Gordon Truck Centers, Inc.\u00a0thanked the\u00a0WSNW employees and leadership for their hard work and dedication throughout the dealership application and conversion process. \u201cThe effort and support\u00a0provided by the\u00a0Ridgefield team allowed us the opportunity to gather here today,\u201d said Scott Gordon. Doug Wakefield, Vice President of Western Star Sales and Alex Bernasconi, GTC Executive Vice President of sales also contributed proud messages of gratitude for the customers, community, and WSNW employees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri;\">The GTC dealership family, including Freightliner Northwest and Western Star Northwest, covers Oregon and Washington with 11 locations located off nearly every major highway.\u00a0Several of the dealerships throughout the network\u00a0are dually branded as Freightliner Northwest and Western Star Northwest.
