(VFI) is proud to announce that Jerrad Avery, our Dealer Family Continuous Improvement Coordinator (DFCIC), based in Spokane, WA, has been selected to join Daimler Trucks North America\u2019s Summit Club. <!--more-->On January 20, 2016, nearly 300 members met in Palm Springs, CA for the annual CIC Summit. Elite support with Daimler requires participating dealers to employ CICs, with the goal of constantly improving and enhancing the customer experience. During this Summit, Jerrad was inducted into the Summit Club.<\/p>\n<p>Scott Brown, Director of Distribution Network Development for Daimler shared that the \u201cSummit Club is a small group of CICs that have been recognized for their contributions to the network and, most importantly, their overall leadership. (Jerrad) is one of eight currently within the entire network.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The entire Valley family of dealerships believes strongly in the CIC model and we are honored that one of our own has joined this prestigious group of professionals, dedicated to the goals of service. \u201cI want to thank Daimler Trucks North America and the members of the CIC network for recognizing Jerrad Avery,\u201d said Scott Gordon, President of VFI. \u201cJerrad has been directly involved in VFI\u2019s Elite Support initiatives from the beginning.
