(GTC) dealer family including Freightliner Northwest and Western Star Northwest, have passed rigorous Daimler Trucks North America\u2019s Elite Support recertification inspections at branches in Washington and Oregon locations. With over 130 criteria points, the inspection includes assessment of dealership cleanliness, processes and efficiency, as well as timely customer communication.<\/p>\n<p>Dealerships that achieve and maintain Elite Support (ES) certification help ensure that all customers receive a consistent, superior level of service when visiting any ES certified location throughout the country.
